SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

bertolimoda.comundertakes to carry out the shipment of available items within 2-3 days of receiving the order. Shipping delivery is made by Express Courier, within around 24/48h and the parcel is traceable on the website of the courier; delivery is made for 2 times and in case of absence both times, it will be possible to request a new redelivery at the same or change the destination. After the two failed attempts will be charged storage costs at the warehouse of the carrier and its return.

In case of multiple shipments, the fixed contribution and the right of marking to be paid only once with the first shipment of the goods, even if the momentary lack of any article made it necessary to send several parcels.

bertolimoda.com doesn’t make deliveries to:
- minors without a parent or tutor’s written authorization;
- Persons under tutorship without tutor’s written authorization.

Orders of SHOPPING VOUCHER, GIFT CARD or other electronic services will be processed immediately with the acceptance (at payment received).

SHIPPING COSTS

It is required a flat rate contribution for shipment costs, once per order; its amount is indicated directly in the order form. Additionally, in case of cash on delivery, it will be required an adding contribution of EUR 10,00 for amounts till EUR 500,00 and of 1,5% for greater amounts. Those costs will be charged once per order, regardless of the number of packages shipped. Cash delivery is allowed only for amounts under EUR 1.200,00.
